As Head of Construction Management and Lead Technical Advisor, I oversee project execution from planning to completion—ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with design intent. My role bridges design and construction, providing strategic guidance and technical oversight throughout the process.
UBUD HOTEL BATU JATIM
Construction Management Lead – Ubud Hotel, Batu, Malang, East Java
Oversaw all phases of construction for Ubud Hotel, ensuring project delivery aligned with design, budget, and timeline. Coordinated between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and site efficiency.Hotel Ubud Batu, originally established in 2018, later came under the management of Golden Hill and rebranded as Golden Hill Hotel by Golden Tulip. This transition marked a new chapter in the hotel’s development, enhancing its facilities and services while maintaining its unique charm in the heart of Batu, Malang.
GEDUNG S2 FAK. HUKUM UNS (TECHNICAL ADVISOR PPK UNS SURAKARTA)
Technical Advisor – Faculty of Law, UNS Surakarta
Provided strategic technical guidance throughout the development of the new Faculty of Law building. Oversaw design coordination, construction methods, and quality control to ensure structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the academic vision.

Construction Management Lead – Hotel Puri Wulandari, Yogyakarta
Led the construction management of Hotel Puri Wulandari, overseeing project planning, execution, and coordination across teams. Ensured timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to design and quality standards throughout all phases.
UNIVERSITAS PIGNATELLI TRIPUTRA SURAKARTA
Construction Management Lead & Technical Advisor – Universitas Pignatelli Triputra, Surakarta
Directed construction management and provided technical advisory for the development of Universitas Pignatelli Triputra. Oversaw project execution, design coordination, and quality assurance to ensure the campus was built efficiently, safely, and true to its academic and architectural vision.
